SNOW ZEUS Fan Snowmaker

SNOWZEUS is a Snow making machine used to produce a mass of snow in Ski Resort and Sledge Park in the field.

SNOWZEUS produces snow at the temperature below zero and can produce a rich amount of snow and has the good snow quality. Reflecting the climate conditions of nowadays, we designed “Manifold” that can be operated in 5 steps corresponding with the temperature of climate, and maximized the snowmaking capacity by Multi-Nozzle System.

SNOW ZEUS Technology

1. New Nucleator Nozzle System

•“NUCLEATOR TECHNOLOGY” that can make snow in high temperature (-1℃) The “New Nucleator System” has been dev eloped by many years of research and test. It has much bigger snow making capacity in high temperature.

2. “Auto System” equipped

•Considering that the machine is used in cold weather, an automatic drain system has been applied to the snowmaking machine to automatically discharge all water inside the machine even if the power is cut off during operation. This freeze prevention function ensures that no water remains inside the snowmaking machine in situations such as power outages and emergency stops, allowing for quick resumption of snow removal operations upon restart

3. Core technology for increasing snow making

•Increasing snow making capacity by applying subdivided Nozzle Control in accordance with temperature.

4. Simple System

•With long time study, we reduced the factors of malfunction by decreasing parts of “Regulator”, and making the pipe compositi on more simple.

Manifold & Nozzle System

SnowTech has developed and applied its own snow nucleation nozzle and water nozzle optimized for snowmaking, enabling snow production even at high temperatures with excellent snow quality.
